Joseph Lefkowitz, Partner
Joseph has a combined 14 years of experience in the fields of education, utility and business management. He is uniquely suited as a business consultant, with experience as a franchisee of a telecommunications franchise and as a franchise broker. Joseph has honed his business acumen through leadership roles in a consulting firm with 200 clients. He is well-versed in managing account representative from initial sales through closings and contract negotiation, drawing upon his communication skills to seamlessly explain complex ideas and concepts to both client and co-worker alike.
Joseph was born in Miami Beach, FL and although he currently lives in Baltimore with his wife and children, he still loves the “Heat”. Being raised by a New Yorker, his heart still remains with the Yankees, and Giants.

Gavi has dedicated the last 16 years to business development at all levels, from insurance producer to managing partner. He has meaningfully applied the knowledge gleaned through his University of Maryland MBA program to enhance his professional roles in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Throughout his career, Gavi has worked in sales, marketing and operations management in the insurance industry, including the successful management of his own independent insurance agency. In his role with Apex Reimbursement Specialists, he focused his marketing and management experience towards educating and servicing the needs of dental clients to maximize profit.
Gavi is the co-founder of Genesis Dental Partners, an exciting new venture that will benefit from his years of professionalism and refined expertise in the dental field.
Gavi is a born and bred Baltimorean who now raises his five children with his wife in Baltimore, surrounded by homegrown extended family. He enjoys music, performing as both a recording artist and wedding singer, and is a Ravens and O’s fan.
Harold Gornbein, Partner
Harold has over 25 years of experience within the insurance industry. Considered an industry
insider, he’s worked in sales and account management for Ameritas, Dental Benefit Providers, PacifiCare Health Systems, and United Concordia, as well as manage his own insurance agency. His wealth of industry knowledge, experience, and relationships affords Genesis clients with unparalleled strategic guidance and insight.
He resides in Baltimore, Maryland with his wife and five children. Harold enjoys sports, time
with his family and volunteering in his community.
Dr. Nathan Dancykier, Clinical Director
Dr. Dancykier is an expert in dental artistry. He has the skill and commitment to providing superior dental care using cutting-edge technology deliver excellent aesthetic results. Dr. Dancykier obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Maryland Dental School. Continuing on at the University of Illinois in Chicago he completed his residency in prosthodontics that provided his advanced training and clinical expertise in cosmetic, implant and reconstructive dentistry. He received the Excellence in Prosthodontics award from the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics for achievements in the field.
Later he was recognized by the American College of
Prosthodontists for an award-winning presentation on innovative research in Prosthodontics while also conducting research studying
patient outcome related to zygoma implant therapy.
Dr. Dancykier is an active member of the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Prosthodontic Society, the American
Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Alpha Omega.
Born and raised in Rockland County, New York, Dr. Dancykier is excited to have relocated to Maryland with his wife and 4 adorable children. He enjoys running, spending time with his family, and exploring their new home
